Jill Jaglowski started her career with Securities America as a sales assistant to an independent advisor who setup 401k plans for Labor Unions. This is where she acquired her Series 6 and 63 licenses.
In 1997, she moved over to Financial West Group, a dual-registered independent broker-dealer / RIA where she grew her career inside the RIA from Sales Assistant to Supervisor to Director, while also obtaining her Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses. Jill worked closed with the Chief Compliance Officer overseeing all aspects of this segment of the firm, where she provided service and operations support to the advisors and affiliated independent RIAs. She also served as the designated supervisor of the RIA, administering annual reviews, filings and helped develop and monitor on-going policy and procedures. As the use of 3rd Party Money Managers grew in the industry, Jill also supported the sales and marketing of the approved Money Managers and TAMP’s to the Advisers. In addition, she also served on the Advisory Board for EQIS Capital Management in 2016.
In January 2019, Jill joined Western International Securities (WIS) as Vice President of Advisory Services where her primary focus was providing an excellent advisor experience through proper account setup and training on the wealth management platforms, programs and services offered through the RIA.
Jill has a BA in Communications and a minor in Art from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA, where she was also inducted in the Hall of Fame for women’s soccer. She enjoys spending her free time creating new adventures with her family with the motto of “Life’s Short – Just Do it.”
